The firm
Realty Initiatives LLC has operated in Connecticut since 2002. The firm was built around a straightforward idea: complex projects generate an enormous volume of administrative and compliance work, and that work is almost always assigned to whoever has the least time to do it properly.
We take that work on directly. Our clients are property owners, contractors, developers, nonprofit housing organizations, and private individuals who need a rigorous, discreet, and accountable person handling the details that carry real financial and legal consequences.
We are a small firm by design. Engagements are handled personally, not delegated.

Leadership
Jessica D. Fogg
Jessica Fogg founded Realty Initiatives LLC in 2002 and has been its sole owner since inception. She brings more than thirty years of experience in banking, finance, and regulatory compliance to the firm's work.
Her construction experience centers on contract administration and compliance for hospitality and mixed-use development — including work on the Delamar West Hartford, Delamar Mystic, and Delamar Westport projects, where she handled contract administration, subcontractor insurance compliance verification, and payment and draw administration.
In the public and nonprofit sector, Jessica prepared the application that secured a $4 million CHAMP grant for Bridgeport Historic Ventures through the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development. She served ten years on the board of the Housing Development Fund and was appointed by the Mayor of Norwalk to the city's Human Relations Commission.
She currently serves as Senior Vice President at Clearview Investment Management in Stamford, and is a commissioned Connecticut Notary Public.

Zachary Fogg
Vice President
Zachary Fogg is Vice President of Realty Initiatives LLC, where he leads the firm's technology, systems, and process work.
A 2019 mechanical engineering graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Zach began his career as an HVAC Technical Specialist at Trane Technologies, working directly with building systems, equipment specification, and field performance. He has since worked in AI client onboarding at Tucker AI and as a sports data specialist at Lydonia.
At Realty Initiatives he builds the firm's operational infrastructure — document control systems, compliance tracking, procurement monitoring, and the reporting tools that let a small firm administer contracts with the rigor of a much larger one.
